Phase 1 Story

Phase 1

Characters and events in Phase 1 would take place in the same world. In this phase, each story would have characters that would slowly start off as edgy and "cool" but eventually they would become less edgy and more normal at the end of their story. This phase would start off as normal but near the end would start incorporating things that would be considered magical and should not exist. This Phase is special as it starts at Part 2 and ends at Part 3.

Part 1: Leon's Story

This story starts in the Summer of 1989, a few days before Leon Brown (the protagonist) graduates from highschool as a senior. One day, before finals, he gets into a shootout with a rival. A bullet gets fired out of the rival's gun and the bullet almost hits Leon. However, right before the bullet hits him in a vital area, which would end his life in an instant, his perception of time seems to slow down. He then notices his gun illuminate with a strange glow and turns into a new weapon, a new gun. And without thinking about it much further, he quickly draws out this new gun and manages to shoot his rival right in the head, winning the fight. He then realizes what happened to his gun and it seemingly turned back into his regular gun.
A few days after the incident, he has a strange dream. He walks down a strange hallway where, at the end, a big dark room sits. As he enters, he notices someone standing at the centre of it. As he approaches the figure, a bright flash hits him. As his vision adjusts, he realizes the room is now lit up, and the figure standing there, turns around, and is nonother than himself. This "version" of him tells him that this is his soul, and that he is Leon's Soulself. Leon is confused as he has never heard of nor met his Soulself. He notices that his Soulself is holding that very gun he used to win that shootout. Right when he is about to start questioning things, his Soulself then announces that he is not worthy and gets into a duel with him. His Soulself uses that special gun while he himself is stuck with using his ordinary gun. Eventually, as his Soulself gets the upper hand and takes down Leon, Leon is able to summon that special gun and defeat his Soulself with it. After their duel. His Soulself tells him that he's worthied to use it now as he has earned it and proved it.

Right when Leon is about to ask any questions, he suddenly jolts up awake, wondering what had just happened to him. As he walks to school, he suddenly sees a strange portal. And right when he's about to react, he gets dragged into it by a giant claw and forced into a fight. During the fight, he realizes that he can transform his regular, ordinary, gun into this mysterious, special, gun from before. After the fight, the beast manages to escape and he is left stranded. After some walking through a mysterious forest, he finds the portal out. As soon as he is about to go through the portal, it closes up on him and leaves him stranded there. He realizes that he must find a way out or otherwise he will stay stuck in that weird world forever. He then decides to name his gun 'Burning Animosity', as it reflects his burning rage and will knock anyone out of his path to leave that world.
